 Fuzeiros, Lynx Farm and Barragems : 15 November 2023

After 3 tough days out at Parizes last week, couple with lack of time to  recce a new route, we reverted to an old favourite. Last week we had a record 18 walkers, but many had departed to Spain, London, Dublin leaving just 8.....and 3 dogs :

Think you know who they are....without the professional expertise of Alan or John H, this is the best I could manage.

'Twas a beautiful day : the Silva cafe has excellent coffee at the best prices we have yet found...90c for meia de leite...but also flies, so glad to get on our way. The water crossing was barely that :

The water level in the Arade was the lowest I had seen:

The lynx farm  had grown and was heavily populated this time.....but they were all hiding!

An early lunch in some shade beckoned:

Then on to the Funcho, water looked a bit clearer  , lovely reflections, but still very low:

And so back to Siulva for a well earned drink...and more flies.
